To book a place onto one of our training & workshops, please follow the steps below:
STEP 1
Click here to download the booking form. Note: for group bookings, each individual will need to complete a form.
STEP 2
Decide how you want to pay:
- If you want to pay by Cheque, please go to Step 3
- If you want to pay by Online Payment, please go to Step 4
STEP 3 - Cheque Payment
Print off and complete the form, then post it with your cheque.
Alternatively, complete the form and email it to us, and send the cheque by post. The email address to send the form to is: info@rhcp.org.uk We will confirm your place, once we have received your form and cheque.
STEP 4 - Online Payment
To pay online, you need to complete the form and email it to us. Please email the form to: info@rhcp.org.uk
Please click on the Add to Cart button to make your payment. For group bookings, you can change the Quantity on the payment form, and email us all your forms in one email.
